Ube Cheesecake Recipe

Today I’ll be sharing with you how to make Ube Cheesecake! Ube is one of my favorite flavors and it’s something I grew up eating (along with other delish Filipino foods). Nowadays, ube has been super trendy and you can find it incorporated into a lot of desserts like soft serve ice cream, cookies, donuts and so much more. This ube cheesecake recipe is super easy so follow along if you wanna learn how to make this dessert!

INGREDIENTS USED

▹ DIY CRUST
Shortbread Cookies
9 inch round pan
▹ UBE CHEESECAKE FILLING
16 oz cream cheese
½ cup sugar
½ cup ube jam/purple yam jam (I got this + the ube extract from our local Asian grocery store)
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp ube extract (or more!)
2 eggs
