I’ve seen this DIY Balloon Wreath/Hula Hoop all over Pinterest and thought I could recreate it myself.  If you’re in need of an easy and quick DIY party decor idea, THIS IS IT!  This Pinterest inspired DIY is a great party decor idea that you can complete in no time and you can even make multiple hula hoop/wreaths of different sizes for more decorations (because the more the merrier, right?).  Plus, not only can you DIY this hula hoop wreath with balloons, but with flowers as well! ✿
